"Since yogurt is made from dairy products, it is very high in calcium, which is highly beneficial for bone and teeth health. Calcium is especially important for those seeking to prevent bone density loss and osteoporosis. Healthy levels of calcium can also encourage the body to maintain and lose weight. Yogurt is also a good source of protein, which helps give the body energy to keep you going throughout the day. Protein is an essential building block for many systems in the body, including your muscles. Protein is also good for curbing your appetite and helping you feel full for a longer period of time."

(10 reasons why yoghurt is a top health food)
I love yoghurt! My favourite brand is Meiji. With regard to the flavours available, I only enjoy yoghurt with any type of berries or aloe vera. Yoghurt is usually non-fat or low-fat but this does not affect me.
Quite a while back, I gained knowledge that some people make use of such yoghurt to create face masks. In fact, I was apalled to chance upon videos of people making their own homemade green tea, aspirin, oatmeal and even kitty litter masks! Indeed, I agree that natural ingredients form a huge pro when it comes to generating our own skincare products. However, are such homemade remedies truly necessary? I am no expert so I shall honestly admit that I am still murky about its benefits yet I do not forsee myself partaking in such activities anytime in the near future. Firstly, I dislike the mess that will probably result and secondly, I also would very much rather rely on purchasing skincare products that are manufactured specially to cater to consumers' different demands. One can argue that homemade remedies are way cheaper and environmental-friendly but I remain staunchly adamant on my stand.
