REVIEW: Simple Kind To Skin Soothing Facial Toner

A relatively nice toner with no alcohol content. However, its bacteria-slaying properties are still existent because of the ingredient, witch hazel. The toner refreshes one's skin post-usage and felt light and cooling on the face and neck. It is also non-scented. An economically-priced product that I will recommend to everybody especially sensitive skin types.
