GREEN TEA

a few medical conditions in which drinking green tea is reputed to be helpful:

rheumatoid arthritis

To date, the only negative side effect reported from drinking green tea is insomnia due to the fact that it contains caffeine. However, green tea contains less caffeine than coffee

Recently, I am trying another brand called Red Sun.


I have also tried Mark & Spencer Organic Pure Green Tea before.

 


I drink 1 sachet = 3 cups of green tea daily. I am a little fearful that I may get addicted on the minimum amount of caffeine so I have been trying to cut down to drinking on alternate days, but that is just me. Do YOU drink green tea? What is YOUR favourite brand of green tea?
