When I first purchased this product, I was honestly fooled into thinking this was a make-up removing oil specifically for eyes and lips. This was because the packaging stated that it was SUITABLE for cleansing eyes and lips, complete with a misleading pictorial, but in actual fact it was a cleansing oil for the face. A ridiculous mistake on my part as I urgently needed a make-up remover for eyes and lips because my Estee Lauder Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover has run out. Nonetheless, I attempted using this product to remove eye and lip make-up and here is my verdict. It could sting one's eyes if the oil accidentally gets in but other than that it really does a fine job of removing cosmetics. However, I will not re-purchase because I do not fancy utilising oil-based make-up removers as much as water-based or milk-based options.
