SHOWDOWN: Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture Moisturiser Combination Skin VS Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion

As I am currently about 3/4 through my HG moisturiser, Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion, I have decided to purchase a new moisturiser to tide me through for now. I have come across many excellent raves about Neutrogena moisturisers, both from online beauty gurus and my own friends, so I took the plunge. The main difference between Neutrogena's Oil-Free Moisturiser and Clinique's Moisturising Lotion is that the latter, evidently as the name depicts, does not contain oil whereas the latter does. Oil content in moisturisers is never an issue for me because I have dry-combination skin but I decided to try a lighter, oil-free formulation so I could do some comparisons. The Neutrogena moisturiser is such an apt product for me, it is catered to adding hydration to dry areas of one's skin as well as controlling the oilier areas. Best of all, it is non-comedogenic which means it will not clog pores. I have only applied the Neutrogena moisturiser twice and my general verdict is that a little goes a long way. The packaging instructed that one pump is sufficient for the neck and face but since I already own a seperate neck gel from The Body Shop, I only use half a pump. It definitely feels lighter on the skin because the formulation is slightly more gel-like than Clinique's thicker, lotion-like consistency. In all, I am still very much a fan of Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion but the Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture Moisturiser for Combination Skin is a fantastic product too.
