REVIEW: Elf All Over Color Stick

I own the shade "3106 Spotlight" so it works more as a highlighter than a concealer. The packaging for these sticks will clearly state whether they are for covering or brightening. For only SGD$3, I bought this on a whim just to try it out. I will not re-purchase because I do not think the quality is extraordinary, yet I must admit the cheap price is definitely justifiable. There is indeed a slight highlighting effect when I apply this product on my t-zone area but it is not super conspicuous. Considering that my version is meant for highlighting and not concealing purposes, there is comparatively a lot of product in the small twist-up tube.
