This works akin to an overnight gel mask for the eyes. One applies it as the last skincare step for eyes after other eye products. It supposedly works best in de-puffing the eye area. I have had eye bags almost my whole life, it's just a trait I harbour regardless of external factors. This eye gelly, of course, did not aid in entirely ridding my puffy eye bags but my eye area did feel more moisturised and nourised the morning after. I purchased it mainly with the intention of owning an eye product that will be more hydrating when I have to experience colder and dryer weather abroad.
