REVIEW: Couleur Inc Eye Shadow / Liner Floral White 03

This is my second try at Couleur Inc's eye shadow/liner line, I used the kohl version before in high school and liked it a lot. This Couleur Inc eye shadow/liner is, as its name clearly suggests, a combination of both types of eye cosmetics. It is creamier than pencil eyeliners but the formulation is not as intense as liquid eyeliners. It appears crayon-like. It comes in a twist-up packaging that eliminates need for sharpening, one trait that I attribute thumbs-up to. I decided to get white colour because I already own black and brown gel eyeliners.
