SHOWDOWN: L'Oreal True Match Concealer VS Maybelline Pure Mineral Concealer

I personally prefer liquid concealers over cream-based or powder alternatives. Both concealers are on par in terms of formulation. They work equally well in concealing the undereye area as well as any blemishes. However, coverage is not very heavy so I doubt deep scars or gigantic pimples can be covered up nicely. A little goes a long way, applying too much concealer can also result in caking or flaking which can be really unsightly and unglamorous. I like the doe-foot application tool of Maybelline Pure Mineral Concealer more that the brush that comes with L'Oreal True Match Concealer because doe-foot applicators tend to pick up lesser product. I find myself constantly having to swipe excess product from the brush and this is a lot messier than simply dabbing away excess from a doe-foot applicator. I think if I had to choose one concealer over another, I will certainly pick Maybelline's because it is cheaper than L'Oreal's.
