SHOWDOWN: Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Mild VS Acnes Creamy Wash

Clinique Liquid Facial Soap Mild is definitely not foamy at all and harbours a gel-like texture whereas Acnes Creamy Wash has a thicker, denser formulation. I very much prefer Clinique's facial wash because it feels gentler on the skin in comparison. I have long passed over the Acnes facial wash, after two tries, to my brother who enjoys using it more than I did. Take note that Acnes is a Japanese brand targetted at troubled skin but is also suitable for normal skin types because this line is not drying at all. I will, however, only recommend the Acnes Creamy Wash to those with oily or acne-prone skin because other skin types can benefit from better facial cleansers in the market that are more nourishing than this wallet-friendly but relatively effective drugstore product.
