REVIEW: Kate Mascara Base

Kate Mascara Base works really well with Fairy Drops Mascara to provide a boost to my lashes. Both products combine to give a lengthening and volumising effect. I will definitely recommend everyone to pair these two products together during purchase because they truly complement each other. Fairy Drops Mascara, without Kate Mascara Base, is just not as amazing.
