REVIEW: Elf Eyelid Primer

This is a surprisingly good eyelid primer! I would say this performed better in preventing eyeshadow and eyeliner smudging, compared to Benefit's Stay Don't Stray. However, do not be deceived by the large tube because there is really not much product inside. It is really cheap though.
